Director - Inside Sales

Rohiet Ssinha serves as the Director – Inside Sales at MSM Unify. In this role, Rohiet drives revenue growth through MSM’s BPO model, overseeing lead generation and sales conversion while building strong client relationships. He manages outsourced teams to ensure alignment with MSM Unify’s business objectives, leverages data-driven insights to refine sales strategies, and collaborates closely with senior management to align sales initiatives with MSM’s strategic goals. Rohiet leads a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and ensuring the team is equipped with the skills and resources needed to achieve exceptional results.

With over 24 years of experience in the Education, IT Education, and Services sectors across India and Spain, Rohiet is a skilled leader in driving growth and operational efficiency. His expertise spans digital marketing, branding, CRM management (Salesforce, Zoho, Leadsquared, and NoPaperForms), and process optimization. Rohiet has built businesses, franchises, and customer relationships to enhance brand value and sales. He has also implemented quality policies like ISO 9001:2008 and has a proven record of leading projects from concept to completion. Recently, he successfully led a team of over 100 counselors and marketers, doubled revenue on underperforming assets, and ensured profitability for new acquisitions such as Schiller International University and GBS Dubai/Malta.

Rohiet holds a B.A. (Honours) in English from the University of Delhi and an Executive Postgraduate Diploma in Data Analytics from Great Lakes Institute, Gurgaon. He is also a Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2008 standards and a Certified Life Coach, bringing both analytical and leadership expertise to his role at MSM Unify
