Sandeep Pandita serves as the Director – Information Technology at MSM Unify, where he is responsible for overseeing technological resources, driving innovation, and enhancing the company’s infrastructure. In this role, Sandeep leads the development of a technology roadmap, manages IT infrastructure, ensures cybersecurity, and maintains data privacy. He also drives product development, fosters innovation, and collaborates with stakeholders to align technology strategies with business growth.
Sandeep is a seasoned digital transformer with over 18 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, retail, and IT services. He has led large-scale IT transformations, re-engineered business processes, and delivered innovative technology solutions. His expertise spans technology applications, security solutions, enterprise architecture, and business process solutions. Sandeep has successfully implemented ERP solutions like SAP S/4HANA and has experience in emerging technologies such as AI, ML, IoT, and cloud infrastructure.
Sandeep’s academic credentials include an MBA in IT and Operations from IIMA-Meerut and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications from CSJM, Kanpur University.
